Grade 2 / Grade 3 Swimming Lessons
Ages 5–8 years
For children swimming independently and ready to build confidence, technique, and stamina.
Focus includes:
• Front & back swimming without floats
• Breathing control & rotations
• Introduction to breaststroke (froggy legs)
• Dolphin kick for fun & strength
• Building distance & basic water safety
