The perfect first step for young swimmers beginning their independent swimming journey.
This level focuses on helping children feel happy, safe, and confident in the water without full support.
💦 Key skills include:
⭐ Safe entry and exit from the pool
⭐ Blowing bubbles with face in the water
⭐ Floating on front and back with support
⭐ Basic kicking and body position
⭐ Beginning to move short distances independently
Children are encouraged through fun games and gentle challenges, with teachers in the water giving extra support every step of the way.
